MASCA is always looking for ways to give back to our hard-working professionals and everyone in our local communities that support the important work they do. Each year, MASCA awards several $1,000 scholarships to deserving students, donates to local charities, and recognizes those employees that go above-and-beyond the call of duty at our annual conference. Additionally, MASCA offers an Emerging Leaders Program designed to cultivate and empower the next generation of leaders.
